1. Controller

2. When you simply visit the site

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and icons are served from our own server. Our hosting provider, Google Firebase, automatically keeps technical logs: IP address, time, page requested and browser type. They are needed to run and protect the site and are kept by the provider for a limited period.

3. Map

When you scroll down to the map, map tiles are loaded from the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which receives your IP address.

4. Enquiries

The form on this site sends and stores nothing. The button opens your mail app or WhatsApp with the text ready, and you decide whether to send it. From your message we receive what you entered: club, contact, dates, group size, wishes. We need this to prepare a quote and a contract. We process it under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Personal Data and its Protection and, for visitors from the EU, under the GDPR (Art. 6(1)(b)).

5. Sharing

We pass to hotels, carriers and our partner in the camp country (for example in Türkiye) only what is needed for the booking, such as the list of participants, and only after you have accepted a specific option.

6. Your browser

The site stores one flag in your browser: whether you closed the language hint. It holds no personal data.

7. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw consent and object to processing. Write to championschoicekz@gmail.com.
